Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 1mjudi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 1mjudi.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1mjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or incentive awarded by 1mjudi to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player into their Account using an approved payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the 1mjudi website, mobile-optimised site, and any related services operated under the domain 1mjudi.cam.
• "Player" means any registered individual who holds a valid Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an approved payment method registered to the Player.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the Company.

To register and maintain an Account on 1mjudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties, corporations, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 1mjudi or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed, or terminated by 1mjudi for breach of this Agreement.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through 1mjudi's own self-exclusion programme or through any applicable regulatory scheme.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 1mjudi immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

1mjudi will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

1mjudi accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-supported payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 1mjudi does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements fully met before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 60 minutes during business banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network fees.

1mjudi reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger internal risk review thresholds. Processing times quoted are estimates and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.

1mjudi offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Players must complete the specified wagering before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, certain slots, and sports markets — may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• 1mjudi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it, including where the Company reasonably suspects abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the 1mjudi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Bets that fail to generate a confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 1mjudi reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Player's Account without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 1mjudi reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• For live football markets covering EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and other competitions, bets placed after the designated cut-off time displayed on screen will not be accepted. Bets accepted before the cut-off remain valid unless the event is subsequently voided.
• Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and table games — are governed by the rules embedded within the individual game software as provided by the respective game supplier.
• 1mjudi does not accept bets from Players who have insider knowledge of an event's outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1mjudi Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity misrepresentation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other Players in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.

1mjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including requests made through the self-exclusion programme.
• Where the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding verification requirements. Funds derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mjudi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game software suppliers.
• Any actions taken in reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1mjudi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

1mjudi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or via a notice displayed on the Platform. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of operation. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 1mjudi shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Players agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
